My Dream Sled 2006 Yamaha Apex Mountain

This is my dream sled.... Yea I know it is a 4-stoke and the 150hp engine is probably to much for me. But heck the beer cooler in the seat is realy cool. Maybe next year.

Everyone is telling me to get a 2-stroke but look at that beer cooler again. The dual exhaust is also realy cool. What do I know about sleds? Nothing, never been in the mountains yet! But this sled is cool!
Did I mention the cool beer cooler?
Staff from the Great White North Bar and Grill Sledding on Boulder Mountain, Revelstoke BC

On November 21, Mark Shaede of Revelstoke Snowmobile Tours took some of the staff from the Great White North Bar and Grill on their first sled trip up Boulder Mountain. This is the start of their trip. Lots of snow at the lower evalation even for this time of the year.

They found it rather erie going up Boulder Mountain and going through the fog and clouds.

However, once at the cabin the weather cleared and it was time to put on the shades. Noah and Jason have big grins cause it is raining and cloudy down below in Revelstoke.

Tasha and Jason, the owners of the Great White North Bar and Grill are enjoying the magnificant view and sunshine from the top of Boulder Mountain. All the valleys and including Revelstoke down below are covered in fog and clouds. But not up here.

This is Jason's brother Steve trying to get his stuck sled out of the powder. Yes, everyone got their sled stuck at least once.

Being early in the season there was lots of fresh powder snow on Boulder Mountain. I can not wait to try mountain sledding myself.
